Rules and Regulations

These rules and regulations govern all SMM website hosting, website management, maintenance, and related technical services provided by FleurHost Philippines. By purchasing, using, renewing, or continuing any service under FleurHost, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Scope of Service

FleurHost Philippines provides hosting, maintenance, and technical support services for client-owned SMM boosting websites and related online platforms. Services may include website hosting, uptime support, access management, renewal handling, deployment assistance, and limited technical maintenance, depending on the agreed service setup.

2. Nature of Hosted Websites

The websites hosted under FleurHost are service-based SMM platforms requested by clients for their own business operations. FleurHost acts as the hosting provider and technical service manager of the hosting environment unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Website Use During Active Service

While the service remains active and fully paid, the client may continue using the hosted website for its intended business purpose. However, FleurHost retains administrative control over the hosting environment, server-side configuration, deployment system, and internal technical setup used to keep the service running. Any FleurHost-developed integrations, protected configurations, deployment structure, custom service-side adjustments, and internal management systems shall remain under FleurHost control unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.

4. Renewal Policy

All hosted SMM websites must be renewed on or before the assigned due date. It is the responsibility of the client to complete renewal payment on time in order to avoid suspension, interruption, or permanent termination of service.

5. Late Payment Charges

Payments made after the due date are subject to late payment charges. The applicable fee depends on the number of delayed days.

Days Delayed Late Fee Service Status
1 Day ₱20 Suspended
2 Days ₱40 Suspended
3 Days ₱60 Suspended
4 Days ₱80 Suspended
5 Days ₱100 Suspended
6 Days ₱120 Suspended
7 Days ₱150 Final Grace Day
More than 7 Days Not Applicable Terminated

The website may only be considered for restoration if the client settles both the renewal amount and the applicable late fee within the allowed grace period.

6. Suspension Policy

A website may be suspended once the service becomes overdue. During suspension, the website may become inaccessible in whole or in part. Suspension may also be applied in cases involving abuse, suspicious activity, policy violations, security concerns, or misuse of the hosted environment.

7. Grace Period

FleurHost allows a maximum grace period of seven (7) calendar days from the due date. During this period, the suspended website may still remain stored on the server and may still qualify for restoration, subject to full payment, verification, and internal review.

8. Termination Policy

If the client fails to renew the service within the full seven (7) day grace period, the hosted website shall be considered permanently terminated due to non-renewal. Once terminated, FleurHost may disable access, remove the hosted website from the server, delete associated files or databases, close the service record, and release the hosting allocation without further obligation.

9. Property and Service-Side Rights After Termination

If a client fails to renew the hosted SMM website and the service becomes terminated, the terminated hosting instance shall be treated as abandoned within the FleurHost environment. In such cases, FleurHost reserves the right to retain control over the remaining hosted copy, service-side deployment, server resources, inactive allocation, and any retained technical setup still existing within FleurHost infrastructure. FleurHost may archive, remove, deny access to, repurpose, or permanently delete such materials at its discretion. By continuing to use the service, the client acknowledges and agrees that terminated and unpaid hosted instances may no longer remain available for client access or recovery.

10. Database Copy and Website Data Requests

Clients may request a database copy or website data copy only while ownership remains verifiable and the account is still eligible for processing.

Because database extraction and data preparation require manual administrative work, validation, and server-side handling, a separate service charge shall apply for such requests. FleurHost reserves the right to deny any database or data copy request in cases involving:

  • Unverified account ownership
  • Outstanding unpaid balances
  • Already terminated service
  • Security, abuse, or fraud concerns

11. Restoration After Suspension

If the website is still within the grace period, restoration may be allowed after successful payment verification of the renewal fee and all applicable penalties. FleurHost does not guarantee instant restoration, as reactivation may still be subject to technical review, processing queue, and internal system handling.

12. No Restoration Guarantee After Termination

Once a website is marked terminated, FleurHost is under no obligation to preserve, restore, migrate, export, or release hosted data, files, databases, access panels, or service-side copies. Any recovery effort, if still technically possible, shall remain entirely optional on the part of FleurHost and may involve additional charges.

13. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must not use FleurHost services for activities that may create technical, legal, operational, or security risks to the server environment or to FleurHost itself.

  • Hosting malicious scripts, phishing pages, or scam content
  • Using the hosted environment for unauthorized abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Running unstable or harmful scripts that affect server performance
  • Uploading infected, illegal, or destructive files
  • Using the service in ways that create excessive abuse, resource, or security risk

14. Backup Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own updated backups of important website content, order data, service records, media files, and other business-critical information. FleurHost shall not be held liable for business loss, missing files, lost records, deleted data, or service interruption arising from non-renewal, suspension, termination, script issues, hacking incidents, third-party failure, or client-side negligence.

15. Investigation and Compliance

FleurHost reserves the right to investigate unusual behavior, abuse reports, technical risks, suspicious activity, or policy violations at any time. Access to the website or related service may be limited, suspended, or permanently restricted during such review whenever necessary for safety, compliance, or infrastructure protection.

16. Limitation of Liability

FleurHost shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses including, but not limited to, missed sales, interrupted transactions, delayed service delivery, business disruption, reputational damage, or data loss arising from suspension, expiration, non-renewal, termination, or technical incidents beyond reasonable control.

17. Policy Changes

FleurHost reserves the right to revise, improve, or modify these rules and regulations at any time. Continued use of the hosted service after any update shall be deemed as the client's acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Agreement and Acceptance

By availing, using, renewing, or continuing any FleurHost-managed SMM website service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions stated in these rules and regulations.
